Here are the new AOC monitors of the G3 series with 165 Hz and 1000R curvature
AOC has revamped the entire gaming segment through the re brand of the AGON by AOC brand. AGON by AOC will cover all Gaming-related products in AOC's portfolio, from Gaming Monitors to Gaming Headsets, Mechanical Keyboards, Gaming Mice, Mats and more for gamers of all skill levels divided into three categories.
The first models to be launched under the new name will be the new monitors of the G3 series as part of the new AOC GAMING category. The G3 series features a tighter 1000R bend radius in all of its models, which wraps the user around both sides of the monitor, unlike the curvature 1500R lighter than AOC's G2 series. For gamers playing games such as single player Action / FPS, RPG, racing and simulation titles, this curvature makes the monitor much more than just a window into virtual worlds. Playing games on 1000R curvature screens, which completely envelop the peripheral vision, it's similar to having a VR experience on a desk, but without the negative aspects of complete "detachment" from the real world.
All models of the G3 series are equipped with VA panel which guarantees a 165Hz refresh rate, a step up from the 144Hz of standard gaming monitors. The 32 "AOC CQ3G31.5SU and the 27" CQ3G27SU they both have a QHD resolution panel (2560 x 1440) which offers a clear and sharp image, in the most common aspect ratio of 16: 9.
Il sturdy and stylish stand does not take up much desk space and has a cable management hole for a clutter-free setup. With a 165Hz refresh rate and just 1ms MPRT, and seamless gaming thanks to Adaptive-Sync technology, these models are the most affordable since economics point of view of the series and are perfect for gamers budget conscious and looking to upgrade their equipment.
