The Nvidia MX450 card has been identified in a new list drawn up by 3DMark for tests. The new one is most likely built from the TU117 chip, the same as the GTX 1650.
From the leaked benchmark Nvidia MX450 GPU comes at clock rates of 540 MHz and has 2 GB of GDDR6 memory. It is very interesting to see the transition to GDDR6 memories in the Nvidia Mobile product suite, perhaps due to a shortage of GDDR5 memories or simply that GDDR6 memories are cheaper. Regarding the tests carried out on 3Dmark no score was mentioned (they have been eliminated).
The TU117 chip is manufactured according to a 12 nm manufacturing process (TSMC) and features 1024 shading units, 64 texture mapping units and 32 ROPs. The TPD of the card in question will reach 25 W. In addition, the MX450 will rank below the GTX 1650 Mobile GPU due to reduced RAM and power limits.
