Blue Box Game Studios has recently announced via their Twitter profile that Abandoned gameplay will soon be shown, a realistic survival coming exclusively to PlayStation 5.

Unfortunately no details were provided, there is only a teaser image with the game logo, the studio, the PlayStation 5 and the Unreal Engine. The information on the game therefore remains the same as in April. Abandoned is a survival game slated for 2021, characterized by an open world and mechanics tending to maximum realism. As already reported, Abandoned's story revolves around Jason Longfield, a man who wakes up in a strange forest with no memory. However, he soon discovers that he has been kidnapped by a dark sect and will have to fight to survive and find a way to escape.
Unlike other survival, Abandoned's game mechanics will be ruthless and simulation. So it will not be possible to make use of facilitated game mechanics, the title will lead the player to have to decide with great caution any action in order to avoid premature death.
