The Early Access launch of Baldur's Gate 3 was certainly a historic event.
Wanting to put aside, at least for a moment, all the playful qualities shown in this third installment of the series, the reactions spread on Twitter by Larian Studios speak of a a product that should have reached, in terms of sales volume, at least monstrous peaks. Nothing more, nothing less.
According to when bounced by Swen Vincke, CEO of Larian Studios, "The sales were crazy".
Our sales are insane - this is just Early Access you all. We just wanted to have a nice little community to iterate with. Now what are we going to do?

Although precise numbers have not yet been disclosed, the data traffic generated by the role-playing title has created more than a headache for Steam. Valve's digital delivery service seems to have felt the pinch, yesterday, by offering its side to some (acceptable) defaillance.

The developer is also aware of the many problems faced by players in the world of Baldur's Gate 3, therefore he stressed that he was massively at work to try to remove as many bugs as possible from the binary code of the work.
