In Dark Souls II, to increase the number of Estus Flasks you can carry, you will need to find objects, called "Fragments of Estus Flask" and deliver them to Shanalotte, Majula.
There are a total of twelve fragments scattered throughout the game, below is the full list.
- Cave Pietralucente of Tseldora: just before fighting the Magus, there is an illusory wall to the left of the boss fog;
- Shady woods: you will find it in a room in front of old Akerlarre's bonfire;
- Shady woods: Referencing the bonfire of the ruins, jump down into the hole near the basilisk. You will then notice a door that, if opened with Fang's key, will allow you to get the seventh fragment;
- Earth's peak: you will have to descend into a poisonous well that you will notice upon exiting the second room;
- Port: you will also find the fifth fragment in a basket, located in a house on the left of the stairs leading to the pier;
- Lost Bastille: on the left side of the first garden you will notice a corridor at the end of which, in a basket, you will find the fourth object;
- Forest of fallen giants: after obtaining the soda key, climb to the top of the cardinal tower and you will find the fragment in a chest;
- Majula: after you get the key to the mansion, go downstairs and you will find the second fragment;
- Majula: you will find the first fragment in the village well. By cutting the rope, a corpse will emerge and with it the precious relic;
- Cave Pietralucente of Tseldora: the tenth fragment you will find on a corpse in a building in front of the last bonfire in the area;
- Drangleic Castle: the penultimate fragment is found in a room immediately after the atrium with the four knights of Alonne, impossible to miss;
- Amana Shrine: the last fragment is located between the second and third bonfire, at the end of a corridor protected by an ogre, two priestesses and a rat. It is the most difficult to obtain.
