The tutorial teaches you how to use the skill buttons one by one when you unlock them after completing some missions. The recommended character level for the Wortham area is 1-12.

How to farm the Wortham area in Diablo Immortal
Wortham is a smaller area so farming is very simple. Treasure chests are a way to farm in the Wortham area. Treasure chests regenerate in a predetermined order.
Imagine finding a treasure chest in the lower section of Wortham. The next time you visit the treasure chest it will reappear in one of the other locations shown on the map. But here's the problem if you keep clicking on the treasure chests to make them regenerate, the treasure chest will regenerate as a new variety of treasure chest next time.
Killing monsters in the Wortham area is also necessary for those who grow Orange Rare Elites. Legendary items, which can be used as upgrades or salvaged for the Luminous Shard material, have a 50% chance of being dropped here.
Going clockwise or counterclockwise and killing all enemies and clicking on each shrine and treasure box is the most effective way to farm Wortham. Repeat until an Orange Rare Elite spawns, then repeat all over again.
