One of the toughest minigames in Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of a Lost Age, at least due to its excessive duration in farming, is the casino. There are two casinos available in the game, one located in Octagonia, and accessible only after the second part of the game, one located in Puerto Valor.
The casino has its own unique currency, thanks to which you can buy various useful or interesting goods, such as pimpafiala or bikinis for Jade. These goods are, of course, extremely expensive. Cost that translates into tens of hours of playing slot machines to accumulate useful money.
However, there is a way to make money at the casino without ever risking losing money and above all, generally faster and more profitable than slot machines. So in this short guide we will explain how to make casino money in Dragon Quest XI.
First of all it is necessary to access the VIP room of the Octagonia casino, so it is advisable to be already in the third part of the game, after the events of the “Tower of time”. After that you will need to have a good nest egg to start the farm with. To accumulate the necessary money, we recommend exchanging regular money for casino money, up to around 20 tokens. Once you have met these two simple requirements, go to the VIP area of the Octagonia casino and bet on the central roulette, the one with the highest cost. Place the minimum bet on each square representing the single number, leaving blank the ones representing the color, treasure or range of numbers.
In this way, any number that comes out will return exactly the bet amount, except for the treasure, which will make you lose everything, but don't worry, just turn off the game and load the last automatic save to avoid this possibility.
The trick behind this method is to bet everything on hitting a Jackpot, after all there will never be a waste of money, so it's just a matter of time.
