Like many Nintendo games, Intelligent Systems' Fire Emblem: Three Houses is also compatible with Amiibo. The rewards vary by model, so here's a list of what you can get from the collectible figurines.
The figurines can be used interacting with the Amiibo Pavilion which is located between the Reception Hall and the Entrance Hall, and it is good to keep in mind that each Amiibo can only be used Once a month according to the in-game schedule.
Unlike Fire Emblem Fates and Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, the rewards will not directly affect gameplay.
All Amiibo are compatible in Three Houses, with only one distinction: those from the Fire Emblem series will reward us with music tracks from other games in the saga, which can be set during secondary battles (therefore all those that do not concern the game's history). Through all the other Amiibo of any other series we will get rewards instead Consumable such as money, potions, seeds to use in the greenhouse, ingredients to prepare recipes, etc.

- Corrin (Female): “A Dark Fall (Fire)” from Fire Emblem Fates.
- Corrin (Male): “Alight (Storm)” from from Fire Emblem Fates.
- Ike: “Eternal Bond” from Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn.
- Lucina: “Conquest (Ablaze)” from Fire Emblem Awakening.
- Marth: “The Time to Act” from Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon.
- Daraen: “Id (Purpose)” from Fire Emblem Awakening.
- Roy: “Beneath a Night Light (Roy's Courage)” from Fire Emblem The Binding Blade.
- Tiki: “The World Tree” from Fire Emblem Warriors.
