Perhaps not everyone knows that on the first chapter of Mega Man X there was an interesting easter egg that allowed X to use Ryu's Hadoken, straight from Street Fighter. This move was capable of killing any enemy with practically a single hit, and was meant to be an end-game power-up.
To get it you need to have these prerequisites:
- Having taken all 4 armor upgrades
- Have all 4 Energy Tanks
- Have all 8 life power ups
- Having defeated all 8 bosses
Once we get these things, we need to head to the Armored Armadillo internship. At the end of the level, once we get on the third and final mine cart, we will have to make a jump jump to reach the wall immediately above the boss gate. Climbing up the wall we will arrive at a small area where there is a tank of life. Let's get it and then kill ourselves, or get off the level. Repeating the same process, on the fourth attempt we will find the upgrade capsule next to the life tank. A Dr. Light dressed as Ryu will give us the ability to shoot the Hadoken using the same classic combination of buttons as Street Fighter, but we will only be able to shoot him at full life.
