Metal Gear Solid: possible news in sight?

Metal Gear Solid: possible news in sight?

The hardcore fans of Metal Gear Solid have long been wondering about the future of the saga. After the publication of the last chapter, or Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, the Hideo Kojima saga has no longer given any news to its players.

Metal Gear Solid: possible news in sight?

David Hayter, the historic voice actor of Solid Snake (and often also of Big Boss) for the duration of the saga except the last chapter, recently tweeted about a reunion on Zoom. This reunion includes the entire dubbing cast. From Debi Mae West to Robin Atkin Downes, from Christopher Randolph to Lori Alan and many more. There will be the most important actors who have lent their voices in the main games of the saga. Hayter adds in his tweet that more details will be released shortly.

Look who I've been hanging out with. An epic reunion with the #MetalGearSolid cast to rock your world.

    Details coming soon. @ CTBsocial @joshkeaton @ LoriAlan1 @ christophran @ Robin_A_Downes @CamClarkeVoices @ 4pauleiding @ missmaewest @jhaletweets pic.twitter.com/jbff9Uy6k4

Obviously those who have very high expectations from this reunion should fly low. It will be great fun to see the main voice actors of one of the most popular videogame sagas all together, but there will hardly be any news. On the off chance that there is a hypothetical announcement to be made, Konami would hardly rely on a meeting on Zoom to communicate it.
