Our "column" dedicated to the strongest players that we will find in that of NBA 2K20, out next September 6 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch, continues undaunted. After having revealed the first positions of the “Top 100” ranking, we stopped at position number 91 and we are ready to resume the discussion right there where we left off. You are ready?
- 90 - Robert Covington - SF (Minnesota Tiberwolves), 80
Let's face it: Covington has dropped a bit in recent years. On his side, however, the former Sixers has some important skills, in great demand on the market: defense and distance shooting. The second season in Minnesota could be the return to high levels in NBA? We hope so!
- 89 - Reggie Jackson - PG (Detroit Pistons), 80
The point guard wearing the number one jersey has always been a complex element to judge in the NBA. This year, despite the addition of Rose and the confirmation of Smith, Detroit has decided to leave him - at least on paper - the role of play holder of the team, whose chances of doing well this year seem significantly increased. If he manages to broaden his - poor - vision of the game he could become an excellent player.
- 88 - Otto Porter Jr. - SF (Chicago Bulls), 80
For what it offers in the field, Porter Jr. is one of the most overpaid players in the league. He signed a crazy contract, and he has to prove he's worth the money. To do this, he will have a team that has to be completely redone and, therefore, potentially his ideal stage. Will he make it?
- 87 - Nikola Mirotic - PF (FC Barcelona Lassa), 80
We entered it anyway, despite having returned to Europe. Over the years in the NBA, however, good Nikola has proven to be one of those reliable players, but excessively “relegated” to the standard of the European long: many pitches, little substance. In the end, perhaps, his is the right choice. Too bad, however, the talent is there.
- 86 - Josh Richardson - SF (Philadelphia 76ers), 80
The former Miami Heat is one of the more notable additions to the modest market Sixers, which resulted in that of Phila even the experienced center Al Horford, among others. His points will be fundamental for the Eastern Conference title race of which, after the shocks of the summer market, the franchise of the Pennysilvania she feels like the rightful queen. Time will tell!
- 85 - JJ Reddick - SG (New Orleans Pelicans), 80
He left Philadelpia to land in New Orleans, this year more than ever home to talented young people of the highest level, including ours Nick Melli. The former Magic veteran shooter will bring all his experience and, as usual, many "bombs" from the bench.
- 84 - Gordon Hayward - SF (Boston Celtics), 80
No, Gordon Hayward has not yet overcome the very serious injury he suffered two seasons ago. The Celtics outside blond is the shadow of that superstar who was in Utah, but this season could fundamentally change his future. Without Irving and with Kemba Walker he could return to play the part of the leader. We are all with him!
- 83 - Enes Kanter - C (Boston Celtics), 80
The Turkish center has landed at the court of the Boston Celtics to replace the starter Al Horford. Not something easy to do, but Kanter proved, first in Orlando and then in Oklahoma, that he knows his stuff. Lots of substance, lots of bounces and very "polite" hands. Boston, for us, has chosen very well on the market.
- 82 - Dwight Howard - C (Los Angeles Lakers), 80
Howard is a bit of a Balotelli-style bet. His return to LA, Lakers side, caused a lot of discussion. Accomplice yet another injury to a very unfortunate Cousins, the yellow-purple franchise has pinned its hopes on a player who, in truth, seems to have faded. Could it be the year of revenge? We do not hope, even if we are not convinced. But, as “lacusteri”, we sincerely hope for it!
- 81 - Derrick Favors - PF (New Orleans Pelicans), 80
Derrick Favors is another of - many - new gods grafts Pelicans. A player who is still young and who, year after year, is improving more and more. We are sure that, in the game of Gentry, can have his say and have a good season. We will find out, however, in a few months!
That's all for today! See you at the next “bet”, with the players in positions 80-71!
