As announced by Square Enix itself a few weeks ago, exactly in view of the Tokyo Game Show 2020, important information on NieR Replicant has been released, new chapter in the Yoko Taro series.
Square Enix immediately announced the release date of the title, set for April 23, 2021, with an unreleased trailer. The news, however, did not stop there, as the publisher has decided to reveal other elements highly anticipated by fans: covers and collector's edition. There will be two NieR Replicant covers and will be created by Akihiko Yoshida and Koda Kazuma, both well-known game artists in the industry. As for the collector edition, however, the content was also shown. Those who decide to buy the NieR Replicant Collector's Edition will get:
- the game
- the official soundtrack
- a set of brooches
- game scripts
The content of the NieR Replicant collector's edition, however, may vary for the versions dedicated to the European and American market. Recall that the title, released on April 23, will arrive on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
