Sackboy: A Great Adventure updates today with a new patch, which includes a new multiplayer mode.
Ned Waterhouse, Design Director at Sumo Digital, stated that with this new mode you can play with three other players in ten levels that have been designed exclusively for multiplayer.
New moves will also be available. Some will be of support to other players, others will be more action and will allow you to take control of the game.
As for the bailouts, you can rest easy. All save data will not be lost if you decide to embark on a mission in multiplayer mode.
Finally, Sackboy: A Great Adventure will support cross-play and cross-save between PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5; so you can play safely with your friends who own a Sony console.
