In The Division 2, Ubisoft wanted to include several exotic weapons, among these we find an excellent gun called Freedom. It's about a Desert Eagle .50 caliber characterized by extremely high damage and high level talents (especially the second). The three talents of this weapon are in fact:
- Freedom: + 100% damage to enemy electronic equipment; also aiming will highlight the weak points of the enemies and their "equipment".
- Blind Justice: Destroying an enemy weak point or equipment the next bullet will inflict a + 500% additional damage. If this shot kills an enemy the weapon's magazine will be instantly restored and each shot from this magazine will deal + 100% damage.
- Independence: While the weapon is holstered, destroying an enemy's weak point will refill the magazine of the current weapon by 20%.
Freedom is also one of the easiest exotic weapons to obtain in The Division 2 and, for this reason, we advise you to try to recover it as soon as possible. Here, then, is the exact location of each piece of this fantastic secondary weapon:
- Trigger and Mechanism: to get these components all you have to do is continue along the main story of The Division 2. In fact they will be released by Kendra Nelson, final boss of the Capitol stronghold. The drop is guaranteed, so if you have already defeated this boss you will necessarily have these items in your inventory.
- Receiver and Painting: You will get these pieces by defeating Captain Briggs, the final boss of the mission of the Museum of American History. The difficulty of the mission must necessarily be set at least to difficult.
- Viewfinder and Track: also in this case you will have to defeat the final boss of the mission at the Viewpoint Museum, Carl Wade, at least on difficult difficulty.
- Kendra's Grip, Platelets and Freedom Project: all obtainable from the final boss of the Space Agency Headquarters, Sergeant Steve “Junior” Quiroz, on difficult difficulty.
- High-end D50 pistol: The last piece you will need to build this exotic weapon will be a high-end D50 pistol, so keep your eyes peeled during your exploration or during various missions in search of this random drop.
At this point you will have unlocked the ability to build Freedom at workbench at the White House; now all you have to do is build one of the best secondary weapons in Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
