As the release of the PlayStation 5 version approaches inexorably, SEGA has released more information regarding the graphics modes that this edition will bring.
More specifically, according to what was announced by the historic Japanese publisher, the next-gen version from Sony will have two distinct graphic configurations: the first that aims at 4K at 30 fps, the second that aims at 60 fps @ 1440p.
Curiously no 1080p mode which, at least on Xbox Series X, was used to guarantee a video update to sixty frames per second rock solid.
Could it be that the developers did not consider it necessary to introduce this third option, considering the average 1440p performance on the Sony console? Time will tell.
We remember that the launch of the PlayStation 5 edition of Yakuza: Like a Dragon is scheduled for next March 2nd and that, unfortunately, the saves of the PlayStation 4 version will not be importable on PS5. Free upgrade for last gen to next gen SKU owners confirmed.
