Platinum Trophies
King of the Monstrums: Finish “Balduq Prison” by Adol Chistin in its entirety by earning all Trophies.

As you have noticed there are some objectives that are more easily reached by undertaking a second run in New Game +, although technically it is possible to achieve everything even starting directly in Nightmare difficulty and having a lot of patience.
