L'uscita di NBA 2K20 it is getting closer and closer. For all basketball fans, also thanks to the world championship still in progress, it is certainly a period to be framed. The march towards the new chapter of the basketball (and sports) simulation objectively more valid and in some ways unattainable at the moment available on the market has almost come to an end, and our column dedicated to the hundred best players present within the title of Visual Concepts continues unabated. Do you want to be as prepared as possible for next September 6th? Well, thanks to us you will have no difficulty in choosing the right point guard or the center that best suits your defensive rotations. Take notes, let's get started: NBA 2K20 is coming!
- 80 - Zion Williamson - PF (New Orleans Pelicans), 81
One of the players, if not the most anticipated player of this season. The number one choice of the draft, the predestined, the one who, even for Michael Jordan, will become the new leader of the NBA. Mr. Williamson is expected for a first year of fire, inserted in a team that has lost Davis but has assembled a cast of young talents of the highest level, of which he is called to quickly become the maximo leader. We wish him many beautiful things. Everyone believes it, even 2K which (for a rookie) gave him a crazy overall.
- 79 - Serge Ibaka - PF (Toronto Raptors), 81
Lots of substance, reliability and quality. This is Serge Ibaka, who has matured more than ever in recent years and has become a key element of the reigning NBA champions of the Toronto Raptors. The Spanish strong forward has broadened his technical horizons, becoming a player with virtually no weaknesses on either side of the pitch. He doesn't excel at anything, okay, but anyone would want to train him. What will he do without Leonard? We will find out soon!
- 78 - Rudy Gay - SF (San Antonio Spurs), 81
Rudy Gay is no longer the one from Memphis. The winger remains one of the most flexible players in the attacking phase, but has lost a lot in explosiveness and dedication on the other side of the field. Thanks to the Popovich cure, slowly, this could change, but for now it has shown a fairly worrying discontinuity. The last year of his contract in San Antonio will be a very important testing ground for him. Pointed!
- 77 - Jonas Valanciunas - C (Memphis Grizzlies), 81
He left Toronto during last season to embrace the Memphis project, now totally canceled by the sale of Gasol (in fact, exchanged with Vala) and the most recent of captain Mike Conley, who ended up at the Jazz. Throughout his NBA career he has consistently proven himself to be a superb defender and a great rebounder, but the low offensive productivity and, above all, an excessive discontinuity paid off. This year, also thanks to the less demands on the team, he could do great things. Hopefully.
- 76 - Hassan Whiteside - C (Portland Blazers), 81
Whiteside is certainly one of the defensively strongest players in the league, definitely the best stopper, together with the center of the national team Myles Turner and always green DeAndre Jordan. This, however, was not enough for the good Hassan to continue to be the leader of his franchise who, to make room, decided to send him to Portland. Together with the strong core of the Blazers, made up of the All-Stars McCollum, Jokic and especially Lillard, it can make a real difference. Watch out for Portland this year!
- 75 - Domantas Sabonis - PF (Indiana Pacers), 81
The most famous son of art among Europeans in the NBA is back from a great season. The Pacers now treat him as a leader and, thanks to the presence of a super reliable teammate in defense and under the boards, he can definitely explode for good. The important thing is that he is reminded that defense is an important element and should not be overlooked. But he is young, and he is getting a good mess. Talent is on his side.
- 74 - DeAndre Jordan - C (Brooklin Nets), 81
DeAndre “The Giant” embraced the Nets project in the summer, suddenly became the strongest team in the league after the simultaneous arrival of Irving, precisely Jordan and, above all, Kevin Durant. The center, also close to the Lakers, has chosen to compose, in particular with the play former Boston Celtics, a potentially frightening duo and promises a lot of cleanliness under the basket, which is the house specialty. Safety!
- 73 - Brandon Ingram - SF (New Orleans Pelicans), 81
In the end, the Lakers sacrificed him to get to Davis and, we are sure, that of all the young people sent to Louisiana he is the one they will miss the most. Ingram is a talent destined for great things, with immeasurable offensive potential, but which so far has not been able to put it on display. We expect that, free from the big claims of a city like Los Angeles, it will finally explode.
- 72 - Aaron Gordon - PF (Orlando Magic), 81
Aaron Gordon can be summed up with one word: safety. One of those players with his head on his shoulders, reliable and who never misses a match. The strong forward that every coach would like to train, albeit not endowed with a super crystalline talent. Orlando, now, it is his home, but the paucity of the Magic roster could start to hold him tight.
- 71 - Steven Adams - C (Oklahoma City Thunder), 82
Of the "old" guard, the one who fought at high levels in the last two or three years, only he remained. Via Westbrook, via Goerge, the good long bearded man automatically became the leader on and off the pitch. Will it be up to this new challenge? Difficult to say, also because he doesn't exactly have a good character. We'll see.
