Upgrades for the gun
Viewfinder: Raccoon City, pharmacist's safe on the second floor of the building opposite the pharmacy (refer to this faq for the exact location and combination).
Larger charger: take down the Nemesis after restoring power to the subway train (if you have difficulty in this task, you can consult the specific faq).
Silencer: Take down the Nemesis after unlocking the subway train route, but before reaching the station.
Upgrades for the shotgun
Tactical grip: insert the green gem inside the clock-shaped monument that you will encounter as soon as you go up the stairs of the subway in the first part of the game. Here the faq dedicated to gems.
Semi-automatic barrel: The piece is located in Raccoon City, inside Mr. Kendo's shop. Before leaving the location, be sure to pick up the power-up, which is on the far left shelf, as soon as you enter the shop.
Upgrades for the assault rifle
Viewfinder: you will collect it in the police station, more precisely in the west office on the first floor, inside the STARS chest on the main table. CAUTION: to open the cashier you will need to have a Brad Vickers badge: consult this faq to find out how.
Football: The upgrade is located in the internal garden of the hospital. When you jump out of the broken window on the first floor, immediately look to your right and you will find the power-up sitting next to a plant pot.

Upgrades for the Grenade Launcher
Increased charger: The upgrade is inside a white briefcase, behind the large control panel in the surveillance room, in the sewer area.
