- Subway station:
As soon as Carlos has rescued you from the Nemesis, instead of following him, turn your back and look to your right to find Mr. Charlie's doll between the two newspaper dispensers.
- Raccoon City Downtown:
Find a statuette in the diner, on the shelf near the microwave, while another is in the room with the boxes, reached by climbing the iron staircase in front of the pharmacy (in the room where the pharmacist's safe is). In the train control room, under the computer you will use to solve the subway puzzle, is a third Mr. Charlie figurine. Nearby, in the control room of the substation, find another Mr. Charlie at the top right above the bookcase. Finally, once you have the lockpick, you can crack the door of the toy store and hit the last figurine in this area (while you're there, don't forget to collect the green gem).
- Sewers:
Here are two statuettes, one among the garbage near the bars near the yellow ladder leading to the laboratory entrance; the other is above the door that you will pass through to exit the sewers, and it is easy to miss: when you are about halfway up the stairs leading to the exit, turn around to see Mr. Charlie and hit him with a bullet before leaving.
- Raccoon City outskirts:
After the part with Mr. Kendo, in the new area, when you enter the house look on the cupboard with the dishes and detergents to find the only Mr. Charlie in this area.
- Police headquarters:
Once you have eliminated Brad Vickers - and collected his badge as we explain in this faq - instead of immediately entering the plant, turn around and go back where you came from. Go through the tunnel and you will find a Mr. Charlie figurine among the vases to your right. There is a second Mr. Charlie at the police station: you can find him at the back of the locker room, so when you find the room key, don't forget to explore it entirely (in addition to the objects to continue in the plot, in this room you can also find the combination of the locker on the third floor).
- Rooms:
Having regained control of Jill in the area of the four cells, you can find a Mr. Charlie between a bed and a bench, just before going outside.
- Clock square:
Once outside, look for the green truck near the two lion statues. Go around the truck and to find a Mr. Charlie near a chest at the back of the truck.
- Hospital:
Again as Carlos, you can find the first Mr. Charlie in this area on a stretcher before entering the waiting room. The second statuette is on the roof: just look to the right of the door once you exit. Having regained control of Jill, you can find the third Mr. Charlie from this area inside the basket in the infirmary.
- Underground structure:
Before taking the elevator to go underground, look between the freight elevator and the covered crate to find a figurine. Once you get off, while you are looking for the fuses to restart the elevator, Jill will slip into a narrow space between two shelves: as soon as the animation is over, check the shelf on your right, at the height of Jill's face, to see a Mr Charlie hiding in the shadows.
- NEST-2:
It's time to destroy the last two Mr. Charlie. Find the first on the second floor, in the vaccine synthesis room, in the corner near where Jill collects the vaccine document. The last Resident Evil 3 Remake figurine is always on the second floor, in the room behind laboratory 1, in the middle of some white and yellow crates.
