Bully is a game that has remained nostalgically (like others) in the hearts of many and, if we talk about a sequel at Rockstar Games, it is more automatic to think of Red Dead Redemption III or to a GTA VI, rather than a second chapter for the title with far more intimate claims than the others mentioned.
He never felt much about it Bully 2, only rumors and half-truths, but new rumors from rather safe sources would seem to confirm that the title was canceled in the 2017.
There are Tez2 e Yan2295, two ex-insiders of Rockstar itself, news sources that turned out to be true over and over again, to have commented on some production details of the software house. To give rise to what the two told, the pre-production phase for GTA VI started already in 2015, then suffering a slowdown in 2017 due to the amount of work that Bully 2 and Red Dead Redemption 2 required.
In a subsequent comment it is confirmed that Rockstar has then decided to cancel Bully 2 to shift all energy to the 2 open-worlds.
It is not the first cancellation immediately from the title, as we had already talked about it in 2009 and 2013. It is a sad situation, clearly, but it shows a certain foresight on the part of Rockstar Games.
