New rumors emerge about the next chapter in the series developed by DICE.
In the last few hours, new rumors have emerged regarding Battlefield 6, a new chapter in the series curated by DICE and published by Electronic Arts. Although many call it Battlefield 6 - clearly it continues to be done for convenience - it seems that the software house intends to call the title simply "Battlefield", thus excluding any numerical reference.
According to rumors leaked in the last few hours, anyway, Battlefield 6 would be set in a futuristic context and, just like other first person shooters, may have a battle royale mode.
This is at least what the user Tom Henderson suggests on Twitter and the latter specifies that the future in which Battlfield 6 could be set is not very far from our days (we are talking about 10 or 15 years away).

The Battle Royale mode, explains Henderson, may not be available at the time of launch, which according to these rumors should be expected in May. We remember that, as these are unconfirmed rumors by Electronic Arts and DICE, all this information on the setting and on the battle royale mode should be considered with due caution.
