Cooler Master MS110 is a bundle presented by Cooler Master and consisting of a mouse and keyboard designed for customers who, while winking at Gaming, still prefer a mouse and keyboard that can also be comfortably used for office or video writing purposes, without sacrificing comfort given by the RGB backlighting for nighttime writing or to give a captivating look to the gaming station.
For this reason, the bundle will be evaluated in its price range, obviously without comparing it with much more noble (and expensive) products.
First impressions
The packaging with which the Cooler Master MS110 it is essential, in full keeping with a product in its price range. In addition to the keyboard and mouse, the box contains a practical “quick guide” that explains the various lighting functions that include the activation and deactivation of the backlight, the selection of color effects and the selection of the actual color. The thing that you notice immediately is the obvious improvement made by Cooler Master in terms of materials: do not expect inserts or plates in satin aluminum (it remains an entry level product), however the quality of the plastics is really good and you never have the the impression that the keyboard could crack at any moment or that the keys could blow out on the first run of your favorite game.
Holding it in your hand, the keyboard is "heavy" at the right point and, compared to the old series of bundles Cooler Master, Cooler Master MS110 it has a more refined form factor in design and the USB cable while not covered by the braided sheath is of adequate length. The feedback returned by the keys is good, even if it has nothing to do with what you have using a real mechanical keyboard, both in terms of the sound of the keys themselves and in terms of sensitivity. The two rubber feet and the relative risers secure the keyboard well to the desk, without running the risk of it slipping.
