The advice we give you is to start by doing the various tutorials, there is nothing to be ashamed of and indeed, if you start from the "clean sheet" and all you know about agriculture is that you wear a plaid shirt and go in the fields with grandfather Osvaldo's spade and tractor, it is better to go step by step and become familiar with the various commands and procedures to be used to understand not only how to drive and use the various vehicles, but also and above all to become familiar with cultivation methods. Once you have completed the tutorials you can approach the Career mode, discovering that there are three options: "New Farmer","Agricultural Director"And"Start from scratch". There are two settings available, one call Ravenport and the other named Felsbrunn.
With the first mode, you will start from the called setting Ravenport, in which there will be a house and some agricultural vehicles ready for use, together with 100.000 game credits to be spent on the first purchases. Among the means available is the legendary New Holland TX 32 “yellow”, a combine harvester ready to harvest the wheat grown on your first land. If you want to raise the bar a little, you can start with "Agricultural Director", the initial funds are much greater but you have nothing to start with and you will have to spend to buy what you need.

The introduction of horses is decidedly appropriate and, in addition to being able to be mounted to go around exploring the game map, need to be tamed to increase their market value.
The farm to give you a way to earn, must work like a gear oiled to perfection. The progress compared to the previous chapters of the game is evident, for example if you enter a cultivated field with a tractor, the agricultural machine passes over the crop instead of passing through it as in the previous chapters of the series, the night-day cycle is much more fluid and realistic, however, the disparity between the graphic model of the means and the environment is definitely still too marked, so much so that at times it seems to have to do with two different games within the same title.
The PlayStation 4 version of Farming Simulator 19 Platinum Edition results, severely limited as resources compared to that for PC, suffers from a decidedly non-optimal performance ofanti-aliasing, with wheel and element contours a bit too jagged during some gameplay.
From the audio point of view, on the other hand, nothing to say: the noise of agricultural machinery is well sampled and you can perceive the differences between one model and another, as well as the ambient sounds like birdsong and the noise of chainsaws and miter saws. . An incredibly beautiful detail is given by the radio stations that can be selected on board the vehicles, with the possibility of receiving truly existing channels through online broadcasting.
Multiplayer
In Farming Simulator 19 Platinum Edition certainly could not miss the co-op mode and, in this case, Giants Software has hit the mark. The online game mechanics are essentially based on two modes: the first will see you as opponents of other players, while the second will see you collaborating with them to complete tasks. Each game room within the servers can accommodate up to four farms. In our opinion, it is a very fun mode that adds a lot of longevity to a gameplay that, as already mentioned, risks becoming repetitive over time.
