During the long interview with Gamingbolt's notebooks, Michael Pachter also discussed The Elder Scrolls VI, stating that following the acquisition of Bethesda, TES6 will be released exclusively on the consoles of Microsoft products, Xbox series s e Xbox Series X.
According to Pachter:
TES6 will be released exclusively on Xbox. So this game will be key to Xbox sales.
The famous analyst of the videogame market added: «So this will allow us to sell consoles. It won't make them overtake Sony, but it will definitely move a few million people from PlayStation to Xbox. And to be honest, I'm more of a potential PlayStation buyer than Xbox, but my # 1 and 2 games of all time are Bethesda titles, and I'm probably five in my top 15; so the chances that I will buy a PlayStation and not an Xbox are almost nil, I will buy both. But if I had to buy only one console, I would have chosen first PlayStation 5, as I don't have as much interest in Microsoft exclusives as I do in titles like The Last Of Us and Spider-Man and Sucker Punch video games. Now I could choose Xbox, though, because Microsoft suddenly has as many captivating titles as Sony's ».
