The director of the Nioh series, Fumihiko Yasuda, declares that the development of a third chapter is not currently in the team's plans, but still hopes to be able to do it in the future.
On the possibility, therefore, of seeing Nioh 3, the director expressed himself as follows: "As for a sequel, Team Ninja (developer behind Nioh, ed.) Would like to focus on other projects for now; so at the moment Nioh 3 is not a priority.
But after creating new projects and accumulating new experiences from them, I would like to return to this series and use the new skills accumulated over time to make a game that can be better than the previous ones. "
Recall that both titles in the series are available for PlayStation 4 and PC and soon the re-edition of the games for PlayStation 5 will be released.
No news, however, about the landing of the two games on the Xbox console.
