A few days ago we reported the news of the participation of A Painter's Tale: Curon, 1950 at the Milan Games Week 2020, which this year is taking place in digital format due to Covid-19, and now another important news has arrived. It was known that the title, created by the Bolognese development studio Monkeys Tales Studio in collaboration with Ivipro, would be released before the end of the year, but no specific release date had yet been defined.
The announcement of the release date of A Painter's Tale arrived only a little while ago and we learn it thanks to a post on the Facebook page of the developers. The game, which will tell an original story set near the village of Curon, now completely submerged by Lake Resia, it will therefore be available starting from 30 December 2020.
We remember that A Painter's Tale: Curon, 1950 can be tried out thanks to the demo free released on Steam, which will allow you to get an idea of the potential of a video game that combines an original story with historical facts that really happened, managing to demonstrate how the videogame medium can be a valid tool at the service of education and culture.
