Private Division and Panache Digital Games today launched Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey on Steam.
The release follows the 2019 launch on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the Epic Games Store. This original third-person open-world survival game is the first title from Panache Digital Games, the independent studio co-founded in 2014 by Patrice Désilets.
Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey is now available on Steam at € 19,99. The launch was accompanied by the release of the official soundtrack, whose original sound is inspired by African music.
The Steam version includes several updates and improvements than the original one, including:
- Improved tutorials and additional goals to guide your journey
- controller vibration support
- new visual feedback mechanisms for real-time gaming activities, such as combat and many actions
- new role-playing dynamics make it possible to automate some aspects of the life of the clan, such as mating and the formation of interpersonal bonds
- additional character animations
- many bug fixes and much more
