Ubisoft has decided to respond to players who are unhappy with the latest updates.
After the disappointment due to the postponement of the first DLC planned for Assassin's Creed Valhalla, the Wrath of the Druids, Ubisoft also had to deal with the discontent of users due to the latest updates released. The French software house ha therefore decided to address the players directly, becoming aware of their disappointment and trying to explain the position of the company.
Ubisoft, in fact, explained to users that the reason why we have gone from the cadence of updates from 4 to 5 weeks, is precisely the awareness of the need to dedicate more time to the testing and refinement phase. This programming choice would also have been applied by Ubisoft for the Wrath of the Druids, the expansion that will bring players to Ireland and whose release is now scheduled for 13 May. Ubisoft also specified:

Ubisoft, explaining to users the Assassin's Creed Valhalla content roadmap, explained that updates 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 will be released before and after the DLC, respectively. We remind you that The Wrath of the Druids will be available both individually, at a price of 24,99 euros, and together with the Assassin's Creed Valhalla Season Pass, on sale for 39,99 euros.
