Turtle Rock is a development studio known for working on Left 4 Dead, a zombie-themed cooperative shooter series that has been able to entertain a large group of fans for years. The series and the team were talked about again in March 2019, with the announcement of a new IP by Turtle Rock Studios.
The title, of which new details were released a few weeks ago, it will be a cooperative shooter just like the Left 4 Dead series games and the players wondered if it wasn't a clone. The developers then decided to clarify the matter by publishing a video titled "Our Vision". Thus we learn that Back 4 Good won't be a Left 4 Dead clone at all, since it will limit itself to recovering the atmosphere and the fun elements in order to combine them with modern graphics and technologies.
Obviously, just like Left 4 Dead, the new IP will also be able to count on the presence of different types of enemies, this time unpublished, which will have specific peculiarities and will require a difference in approach. Recall that the release of Back 4 Good is currently scheduled for June 22, 2021 for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC.
