The director Christopher Nolan, during a discussion with Geoff keighley, told how he would like a video game based on one of his films to be made. Christopher Nolan, related to Warner Bros., presented the GOTY award while nominating the winners at The Game Awards.
Cristopher Nolan said:
Making movies is complicated and takes a very long time. Making video games is even more difficult and requires even more effort.
The director went on to explain how making video games based on movies and films based on video games is similar: "The way the video game industry works is really hard, you don't just want to make a video game that has a license, you don't want it to be something that you use a movie brand. Similarly, when you make a movie that comes from a video game, you don't want it to be a copycat, you want it to be something great that works on its own. I think I want to focus exclusively on cinema and making new films, I realized how difficult it is to develop a video game and it is not something you can easily make a video game, but it is something that interests me. That's a truly unique world ».
