- Devil's Tuning Fork: Find the phone.
This is a mandatory action. The phone will ring - you can find it on the opposite side of the bed where you woke up.
- Colitas: Enter the first 4-digit code.
To access the verification areas, a numeric code must first be found. The first is found on a tag hanging from the handle of one of the doors nearby.
- Waterfall: Complete the 1st floor puzzles.

- Tiffany: Enter the second 4-digit code.

- Mercedes: Enter the third 4-digit code.
The third numerical code will be found in the restaurant, on the table next to the one where you can have breakfast at each cycle. Read the receipt and you will see the number. Be careful to remember the number as the woman on the phone cannot see it; to be sure, write it down.
- Ascending and Descending: Complete the 3rd floor puzzles.
It will be enough to pass the third series of puzzles to get the trophy.
- Steely Knives: Enter the fourth 4-digit code.
The fourth numeric code will be found in the library. You will have to spy through a series of objects. The game will show you the first one automatically: as with any interactable object, the cursor will be activated by passing over it, so it will be easy to find them.
- Gravitation: Complete the 4rd floor puzzles.
It will be enough to pass the fourth series of puzzles to get the trophy.
- Voices Down the Corridor: Enter the fifth 4-digit code.
The fifth numerical code will be found in the pools which can be accessed from the hotel entrance, next to the ballroom. Once in the pools it will be necessary to press three switches on the wall to move as many metal bars. The bars will form a number, looking into the reflection of the pool through a lens placed in front of the switches.
- Belvedere: Complete the 5th floor puzzles.
It will be enough to overcome a single puzzle, in this case. The puzzle is made up of multiple challenges to be completed in a precise order, but placed on the same level without loading. In case you "die" or find yourself forced to reload the challenge, you will need to do it all over again, so it's best to be very careful.
- Heaven or Hell: Read the director's notebook in the observation room.
After gaining access to the roof and after sleeping, we can go to the elevator. First, however, enter the room next to yours: the door, until now, had always remained closed. Inside, on the table, you will find some notes: read them to get the trophy.
- Castrovalva: Teleport for the first time.
It will be obtained at the first teleportation: it is a mandatory action to advance.
- Prisoners of Our Own Device: Complete the game.
As per description, complete the game once. The ending is irrelevant, you will get this trophy in any case.
- Check Out Any Time You Like: Complete both endings.
The game offers two endings, which are accessed in the last moments of the game. You need to get one and then do a second run in order to access the other. Reloading a pre-final save loaded on the cloud or on a stick is obviously not a valid option in this case.
