Corsair, a well-known company of components and peripherals for PCs, announced the release today (13/02/2020) of the SCIMITAR RGB ELITE mouse. This new gaming mouse from the Taiwanese house is ideal for MOBA and MMO gamers as there is the possibility to program and fully customize the 17 keys above the mouse.
The system is patented Key Slider for convenient access to the multitude of shortcuts and macros. The sensor used is a market leading optical sensor reaching up to 18.000 DPI.
The new mouse from the Taiwanese company will be joined in the presentation on the new CORSAIR MM500 mat. The mat in question uses a Premium 3XL anti-chafing fabric. Dimensions amount to 1220mm x 610mm (48 "x 24"). It also comes complete with anti-fraying stitched edges and a non-slip rubber base.
The various buttons of the SCIMITAR RGB ELITE use Omron switches (resistance up to 50 million clicks) in order to make the life cycle of the mouse as long as possible. As far as personalization is concerned, Corsair makes available the proprietary software “Corsair iCUE”. The program in question is quite self-explanatory and allows you to adjust RGB lighting, macros and various set-ups.
