Last week NVIDIA debuted with the family of SUPER Mobile GeForce RTX 20 series GPU on notebook. In particular, the RTX 2080 SUPER (mobile), RTX 2070 SUPER (mobile) video card models and their variants Max-Q.
A marketing slide from ASUS ROG just detected an additional Mobile GPU model, the RTX 2060 SUPER (mobile). This model will probably be based on the “TU106” silicon chip. This SKU is identical in configuration to its desktop counterpart, 176 “Turing” CUDA cores, 136 TMUs, 64 ROPs, 272 tensor cores, 34 RT cores, with 8 GB of GDDR6 memory.
Here are the complete technical specifications:
The only difference with the desktop counterpart is the clock rates and power supply. The RTX 2060 SUPER (mobile) has a base clock of 1305 MHz, a Boost clock of 1485 MHz. Even if the slide does not say it, there is most likely also a Max-Q model of this SKU, with higher frequencies and lower consumption.
