The remake of Demon's Souls will only be available on consoles PlayStation 5: to announce it was Sony, who took advantage of their ShowCase to reveal some details about the title.
Since the announcement of the release of a new version of the signed game Bluepoint games the few details published had led players to hope for the arrival of the latter also on other consoles in addition to the new signed hardware Sony, but recent statements by the company would have extinguished any spark.
Shortly after the Showcase an alternate version of the remake trailer of Demon's Souls seemed to indicate its release as a timed exclusive for PS5, with possible landing also on PC, but Sony he immediately removed the footage and claimed it was just a "human error".
A similar choice by the company has certainly surprised and, in part, disappointed a good slice of gamers, who had hoped for its arrival on other platforms since the announcement of the revised version of the game. The choice to make the title available already at the launch of the new console was also surprising PlayStation 5 especially since, initially, a possible window for its release had not been fixed.
During the Showcase the company also provided some more details in this sense, announcing the arrival of the remake of Demon's Souls for the month of November 2020, more precisely for the 12 of the month.
At the moment, unfortunately, all that remains is to wait for the arrival of new news or the release of the title on the market, and continue to hope that the exclusivity of the latter on the next-gen console signed Sony may still represent a non-definitive choice.
