Dragon's dogma is a game full of hidden weapons and equipment, but not everyone knows that many of them, thanks to the sandbox nature of the title, are available from the very first moments of the game.
More precisely in this guide we will show you how to get one of these three powerful weapons:
- Scalding Razors (Flame knives usable by: Archer, Assassin, Hunter and Archer-Mage)
- Eden's Warden (Flame sword usable by: Assassin, Paladin and Warrior)
- Thunderclap (Staff of Thunder usable by: Archer-Mage, Paladin and Mage)
Reaching the area where they are located is very simple, but almost impossible to explain in writing, so we have prepared a video, which you will find below, to show you how.
We also specify that to carry out this procedure it will be enough for you to have defeated the hydra in the first camp. Once you have exited the side gates, continue as shown in the video:

As you have seen the road is populated by bandits and goblins, easily avoidable with not too many problems running. (Bringing some expendable tokens as a diversion might be a good idea anyway).
The area to reach is this:
Completing the journey you will find yourself in front of a hill covered with very high monoliths, with a sword stuck in a rock in the center. Once in front of it, save your game and then interact with the sword. You can get one of the three rare weapons or even a simple iron sword. This is where the rescue put in place a little while ago comes into play, if in fact the weapon found does not satisfy you, just reload the game and try again.
We would like to specify that all the weapons obtainable with this process will still be purchasable in the future. So don't worry too much, just focus on the weapon that would suit you most in the moment.
