Responding to his own tweet related to the update of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, FromSoftware wanted to thank the fans for the enthusiasm and support given to Elden Ring with a small but significant update on the studio's next project.
We also greatly appreciate all the enthusiasm and support shown for "ELDEN RING", our next Dark Fantasy Action RPG. We hope you look forward to it. pic.twitter.com/NOUBeacOPd

FromSoftware's next dark fantasy action RPG is alive and the developer hopes players are looking forward to it, which leads us to a confirmation: Elden Ring is in development and the studio is aware of the affection of its fans.
Elden Ring was announced in June 2019 and ever since the updates on its development were dosed with a dropper by FromSoftware, focusing on George RR Martin's role in collaborating on writing the lore and providing few but significant gameplay details.
That said all that remains is the E3 2019 announcement trailer and a few images released by FromSoftware, therefore this tweet is a glimpse into the darkness that encloses this new project, despite the possibility of upcoming news thanks to the signals launched in September by Bandai Namco.
► Elden Ring is a game developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One,
