BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle It is certainly a fun game, but the multiplicity of endings and the different possible choices to be made during the story mode would certainly waste time that players may want to use differently, perhaps online. In this guide, we will explain how to get all the endings in the game and in the most hasty order for 100%.
Assuming that the different endings will be present only in Episode BlazBlue - while you can easily complete Episode Persona 4, Under Night In-Birth and RWBY linearly - and they are 4, only one is to be considered canonical and at the same time "True Ending", and which will allow you to unlock the gold trophy "Azure of Truth".
- Start with Episode BlazBlue and continue until the episode where Hazama enters the scene. You decide to trust him and complete the rest of the story. Regardless of any other choices you made before or after trusting Hazama, you will unlock the ending related to him. Although it may seem like a "wasted" run, know that it is impossible to achieve True Ending with the first single run(more information in the next point). You will face the final boss alongside Jin Kisaragi.
- Complete the Persona 4, Under Night In-Birth and RWBY episodes. The order is not important and there are no storyline branches in any of the 3 episodes, but their completion is a necessary step to be able to obtain the "Cooperative Ending", that is the canonical ending, once you resume the BlazBlue Episode later .
- Optional: If you want 100% of the GC gallery and story mode, you can get two more endings related to the BlazBlue Episode, one with Noel and one with Rachel.
Ending with Noel:
- Tell Gordeau you don't trust Rachel.
- Offer your support to Ruby and Chie Satonaka as you meet them throughout the story.
- Don't trust Hazama.
- When you meet Nu-13, say you were looking for Noel.
- Accept the support offered by Hyde Kido and Linne after dealing with them.
If you followed our instructions correctly, you will face the final boss with Ragna and Noel as a partner. Win the fight to unlock the ending with clumsy Noel.
Ending with Rachel:
- Tell Gordeau that Rachel always has a plan.
- Don't cooperate with Ruby and Chie Satonaka.
- Don't trust Hazama.
- When you meet Nu-13, say you were looking for Rachel.
- Refuse the support offered by Hyde Kido.
You will then face the final boss alongside Rachel Alucard and unlock the ending related to her.
We then reach the Cooperative Ending of BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle. Finishing the episodes related to the other series is necessary as it will allow Ragna to bond with Yu Narukami, Hyde Kido and Ruby before the final battle. The path of choices to be made is as follows:
- Tell Gordeau you don't trust Rachel.
- Offer your support to Ruby and Chie Satonaka.
- Don't trust Hazama.
- When you meet Nu-13, tell her you were looking for Rachel.
- Accept the support offered by Hyde Kido and Linne.
