There is an application called Kaboom is a useful third-party application for send self-destructing messages on Whatsapp. It is available for Android and iOS below.

1. Download and install Kaboom on your smartphone.
2. Once the installation is complete, open the app. Allow the app to access the camera or Gallery when prompted. This will allow you to send photos and videos from your phone via Kaboom on WhatsApp.
3. You will now see the camera open on the display. You can click using the circular button at the bottom or select the smartphone holder using the gallery icon at the bottom left. If you wish, you can also send a self-destructing text message by tapping the pencil icon in the bottom right corner.
4. For this example, tap the Pencil icon. Type the desired message. Now, the most important part here is to set the time or number of times the message can be read after which the message is destroyed.
To set it, tap on the blue timer visible in the lower left corner. Select the desired option and tap on Done to save the settings.
5. After setting the message expiration, tap Send.
6. Now, it shows you the applications with which you can send the message. Select WhatsApp. Choose the desired contact / group and tap on Send on WhatsApp.
The WhatsApp contact you sent the message to will receive a link containing the self-destructive message. Depending on the conditions set in step 4.
After the set limit expires the recipient will no longer be able to view the message. The message after the deadline will no longer be shown.
If you have sent a lot of messages via Kaboom you can easily monitor their status by tapping the Hamburger icon on the Camera (Home) screen and select Kaboom. All your messages will be listed with their expiration date.
Please note that Kaboom saves your message on its own server and sends the link of that message to your contacts.
