If you too have enjoyed and finished Katana ZERO (of which you can find our review here), you are probably wondering if it exists a secret ending and, if so, how to unlock it. The answer is yes, there is a different ending than the classic one, but it doesn't add anything new and - you will understand why - it is better to choose the "true ending".
Of course, the guide will contain spoilers about the game, so we advise you to continue reading only if you have completed the main adventure.
The secret ending
At some point in the game, as you will remember, two masked men who will appear recurring will give us an ultimatum, offering us an opportunity to choose: allow them to kill us, or disobey their orders e continue to live.
By choosing to keep living, you can progress in the game, and yes will come to what is the real ending of Katana Zero.
On the contrary, by choosing to let yourself be killed you will get a secret ending, who will see the premature conclusion - in conjunction with our execution - of the game, thus losing all the final part and the consequent revelations of the plot.
Are there any other secret endings?
Despite the numerous speculations, these two are the only two obtainable endings, although there is yet to understand what the doors of the last level contain, which are locked for now, but will most likely be opened with a DLC future by Askiisoft who will add some new areas and some new bosses.
