In Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep it is possible to follow the story of three different characters: Aqua, Terra and Ventus. All three keyblade warriors, after a short start, separate to follow different paths and find themselves gradually during their travels, to then conclude their adventure in the same place, again side by side. While the perfect chronology of the story can only be achieved by switching between characters for each world (using three different saves), this way is likely to become enormously expensive in terms of loading times, forcing you more to wait in vain than to play. Not to mention that a lot of confusion could arise in the management of the skills and objects of three characters at the same time, with some possible oversight or forgetfulness in making the most of one's inventory.
The best way to play, therefore, is what the product suggests: tackling an entire story at a time, with a single character from start to finish. Although this is possible right away with all three warriors, Terra proves to be perhaps the most suitable character to start this adventure, thanks to her purely offensive skills and a story that shows a fairly general account of what happens. So if he is your first choice (but also if you have already finished the game with another warrior) here is his complete guide.
NOTE: Although the previews of the story are almost absent, in the descriptions of the battles against the Bosses and the worlds you visit it will be inevitable to refer to names and characters that could ruin the surprise. So if you do not want to receive any spoilers, be careful to continue reading before reaching the sections covered.
NOTE 2: Depending on the difficulty level chosen, the information regarding the enemies and their life may appear different from that visible in this guide.

Land Of Departure
You will start the game as Terra with the entrance exam to become a master of the Keyblade. The one who appears to be your master will start the fight by summoning enemies.
BOSS: Entrance Exam for Keyblade Masters: Spheres of Light
Health: 25% each
Some orbs of light will appear and attack you with lasers, but you will still be assisted by Aqua and Ven to take them out. Just think about reaching and defeating them, while recharging your HP (Health Points) with the green orbs they drop.
Bonus: HP increased, Fatal Iter learned
After the test, we will see a scene.
Subsequently, Terra will be sent from the Master Eraqus in search of the origin of Nesciens, a new form of evil creatures that feed on evil. After one more scene, Terra will transform her armor and keyblade and depart aboard the latter (now a jet).
At this point you will get the Dimensional Union with Ven and Aqua.
In Dimensional Union, you will be able to use the commands of the partner with whom you will be joined: during this use the Union-D bar will decrease, but each time you perform the Union you will recover HP; once the bar is over, the union will stop, but you can still reload it with the Union-D Awards. If you defeat enemies with the techniques of union, you will get rewards in the shape of a Paopu flower, accumulating which will increase the strength of the union with a companion.
To perform Dimensional Union, press the right arrow on the directional pad to change the list from yellow to blue, and from there select the character.
You will also make the first approach to Command Board, a sort of goose game useful to optimize the keys during the adventure. To win you will have to collect Scoreboard Points by moving on it by rolling the dice: on the various panels you will have to place your commands by paying a fee, after which a system of tolls and level increase of the panels will begin, similar to that of a classic Monopoly. The goal is to accumulate the target points set and return to the starting panel, thus winning the game: in this way you will receive an improvement in your command skills and maybe even some new shots.
After making friends with this system, you will be ready for the first world.
The Enchanted Dominion
Treasures:

- Blizzard
- Zero gravity

- Potion
- Ether
- Map
- Somnolence
- Attack recipe
You will have some Nesciens in front of you after landing
Nesciens Fight | |
First Wave | 5 Floating |
Second Wave | 3 Pili-pili |
Third Wave | 1 Boxer |
Fourth Wave | 2 Wranglers, 2 Pili-pili |
Fifth Wave | 1 Boxer, 2 Wranglers |
There is no need for any particular strategy: move away when the Boxers jump or rise to avoid the blow, you can also parry to block it. This battle won't be too difficult if you keep your distance from attacks and hit when the enemies come out.
After the fight, move to the left of the river and after a while you will see, on your left, a small path that runs along the wall: go along it to find a chest with a vigor Crystal. If you continue down this road a dark block will tell you that it is not the time to search the area, so return to the landing site and continue to the right of the river, not forgetting to take the Potion from the chest near the exit of the area.
In the next area, retrieve Blizzard from the chest and save. Get the Balloons Figurine from the crown icon. These, once collected in the diary album, allow you to accumulate points as you go forward and, once you have reached certain sums, you get objects.
NOTE: Going through the save portal will recharge your HP to the max.
Advancing the screen you will encounter Malefica and you will feel that everyone in the kingdom has fallen asleep. It is advisable to face some Nesciens here to level up before continuing, also taking the opportunity to collect items.
Entering the castle, you will find a Zero Gravity on the right, a Potion to the left of the throne and an Ether near the stairs, then head upstairs through the stairs and continue down the corridor to retrieve another Ether to the right of the first intersection.
Check the darkness on the door to remove it using the keyblade. Inside you will see one of the Princesses of pure hearts (Sleeping Beauty) in a scene: Watch it and at the end of it Maleficent will become available for Dimensional Union.
Open the big chest to get a Map and save; next to you you will see for the first time the Shop, run by the Moogle, but for now there will be nothing interesting. Go through the gap in the wall, collect Drowsiness, the Hot Air Balloon Figurine and Attack Recipe, and finally head back to the throne room to fight the Boss.
BOSS: Wheel Master (recommended level: 5 or higher)
Health: 225%
Attacks:
- Radius: absorb life, crush cross to escape
- Jump: move away or jump
- Rotating attack: it will rotate on itself, if you are too close you will be hit
- Flying wheel: it will throw its cogwheel at you, parry or move away, it's the right time to get close and hit with two combos
- Dash (after health is reduced below 50%): Wheelmaster sprint around, parry and attack
Don't rush, try to figure out when to shield yourself from attacks and keep your distance so as not to let him use his absorbing beam; if you have already mastered the shot, you can use the moments of invincibility it gives you to reach the Boss when he lands from his jump and start a combo. When the enemy begins to swing his arms, sneak up and get ready to parry - as soon as the wheel flies away, hit him with a full combo or two.
As soon as you consume a whole bar, the boss will release some health orbs: you can use this moment to recharge a little and make some combinations. If you've filled the command bar, perform an Epilogue for more damage.
In the second half of the fight, the boss will start shooting: in this case don't run but parry, so as to block him and have the opportunity to perform a complete combo. Considering the type of combat, performing the D-Union with Aqua will allow you to attack from a distance with spells and heal yourself when needed.
Keep your distance and good timing to see the boss go down smoothly.
Bonus: Command Slot +1, Dust Diamond Learned
After the fight, you will get the new Keyblade Astrophated.
At this point you will leave the Enchanted Domain.
Land Of Departure
Treasures:
- Refreshment crystal
- Crystal vigor

- Stop
Head back to the Starting Land for some treasures.
Land on summit and go to the flags for a Refreshment Crystal, then in the next area retrieve a Grand Potion and a Force Crystal from the two chests immediately to the right, then continue and head towards the stone chairs (precisely under the tree) for a Stop.
If you haven't already and you have enough munny, buy Energy, Chaos and Fixity from the shop.
Finally, go back to the Globe from the Save Point that you will find next door.
