With Kingdom Hearts III and the DLC Re: Mind behind, the famous saga that unites Square Enix and Disney can look to its future. On the one hand it is in the home straight spin off musical theme Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory, on the other hand the authors are already busy in the next great main chapter.
This was revealed by Tetsuya Nomura himself during an interview with the editorial staff of Famitsu. Asked about the path that will follow from now on the epic of Sora, Paperino, Pippo and the others, the well-known director has confirmed that a new chapter of Kingdom Hearts is already planned. While remaining very vague, the Japanese artist has already raised expectations, inviting the public to expect something "surprising".
Even with regards to the name of the game, Nomura preferred to keep an aura of mystery, never talking about Kingdom Hearts 4 (or IV). On the other hand, it has already planned to release this impenetrable project around the end of 2022, to celebrate the twenty years of the saga in style., born in 2002 on PlayStation 2. We just have to wait, waiting for the arrival of new clues on the next iterations.
