If good morning starts in the morning, it cannot be said that the beginning of 2021 started with the best wishes for Outriders with the release of People Can Fly concerning the postponement of the release date of the title, accompanied by an imminent demo to be able to give a taste to the many players waiting.
However, people Can Fly, despite the slip of Outriders, the merit of having announced a demo to be released on February 25, 2021, while the title will arrive on April 1, 2021 (and this is not a joke, he is keen to clarify the study in the press release). Under the aegis of Square Enix, Outriders is a brand new IP and probably, as also mentioned in the press release, the Polish studio does not want to make the same mistake as compatriots CD Projekt RED releasing an imperfect title (although the wait and the attention of the players is decidedly different from that paid to Cyberpunk 2077).
Here, then, is that Outriders sees its launch date shift from February 2 to April 1 while the demo, released at the end of next month, will allow you to play the first hours of the single player and co-op campaign, guaranteeing a useful hands-on before evaluating the purchase. 2020 has been characterized by countless shifts but the hope is that Outriders will not start a similar trend also for this 2021 that has just begun.
