Persona 5 was one of the most acclaimed JRPGs - if not, the JRPG - of the just past generation of gaming.
The title then enjoyed new life thanks to the re-release of the game, called Persona 5 Royal, which also achieved great success in the West.
To comment on this success, there are the composer of the music and the art director.
Composer, Shoji Meguro, said: “We were thrilled to see the game become a big hit in the gaming world. I think one of the reasons why the title has been successful overseas lies in the music that burst out of Japan from every pore.. Without resting on our laurels, we will continue to give our all for the next games. "
Art director Shigenori Seojima said: “While the game was well received overseas, we didn't have a global perspective in mind when we were developing the game. However, the game has managed to convey values that are valid globally and this is certainly the basis of Persona 5's success."
