Il according to DLC di Sword and Shield Pokémon, The snowy lands of the crown, was the protagonist of a trailer released today by the official channel of The Pokémon Company International; the release date of the additional content has also been revealed: it is the October 23 this year.
A vast expanse of snow will be explored in the Crown Land, behind which there are many new characters, including Peony, who will put the player in charge of his exploration team. In this new DLC of Pokémon Sword and Shield it will be possible to descend into the depth of the region, in order to find creatures never seen before.
They will also make their return all the legendary Pokémon that have appeared so far in previous installments of the series, with many of them being captured through Dynamax battles.
Once the adventure in the Crown Rift is over, the opportunity to take on the Tournament of the Stars of Galar, an event of double battles in which you can select your partner, choosing him from the many coaches met during your adventure. Based on the choices made, it will also be possible to discover sides of their character that had remained hidden until that moment.
Starting from 6st November will also be offered for sale of special editions of Pokémon Sword and Shield including the base game and the expansion pass.
To celebrate the release of The Snowy Lands of the Crown will also be made available to players of Special Pikachu, obtainable on Nintendo Switch via passwords that will be revealed in the future through different channels.
