How to get it
After escaping from the Neuromod Division, and arriving at Morgan Yu's office, you will be instructed to search and find the office of the Dr. Lorenzo Calvino, the man who invented Looking Glass Technology that can be found throughout the station.
Once you have this objective, exit Morgan's office and make your way through the Teleconference Center across the hall. There are some enemies here, so be careful and get them out of the way with the Silenced Pistol, or better yet, use the turret just outside Morgan's office and relocate it just outside the door of the Conference Center before going inside.
Once you've cleared the interior of the Mimics, make your way, and exit the other side. From here you can turn left to find the entrance to the Hardware Labs, but ignore that goal for now and turn right. Get to the end of the passage, where you will find the entrance to the Sales Division.
Go inside, but be careful as a Phantom patrols the area. You can get them out of the way using your Shotgun or Silenced Pistol, or you can just hide and sneak in without being seen. Once you pass the Phantom, look for the office belonging to Kelly Randolph. His name should be on a plaque on a window. Enter the office and look behind his desk to find him Huntress Boltcaster.
Use of the weapon
As said it Huntress Boltcaster it's more of a toy than a real weapon, and it also deals zero damage to enemies. Either way it's a great tool for distracting enemies, and is essentially your most important weapon when trying to sneak through large groups of Typhons. Also very useful for pressing distant keys or touching screens out of range, which you will encounter later in the game.
Lo Huntress Boltcaster uses a type of ammunition called Flexifoam Bolt, which looks very similar to darts you can buy at any toy store. Do not take it for granted, even if useless in terms of damage it is very useful for many other situations.
