Once a run at any difficulty level has been completed, the item will appear in the Resident Evil 3 Remake game menu "Shop", in which it will be possible to buy, through the points obtained by completing various tasks listed, a series of bonus items. We list below what these handy items are and how many points will be needed to purchase them.
- STARS uniform for Jill - 2000P: Jill's classic blue jumpsuit, which she wore in the historic first Resident Evil;
- Recovery Coin - 4000P: a coin which, if kept in the inventory, allows you to gradually recover energy; you can buy up to a maximum of two and bring them simultaneously to increase the effect;
- Defense Coin - 4000P: currency that, if kept in the inventory, increases the defense; also in this case it is possible to buy two and keep them at the same time in the inventory to increase the effect;
- Assault Coin - 4000P: coin that, if present in the inventory, increases the attack power with any weapon; as for the previous coins, it is possible to buy and carry two at the same time;
- Press for charging - 4000P: an item that, if present in the inventory, increases the number of ammunition obtained from combinations;
- STARS Combat Manual - 6400P: a manual written by Chris Redfield that increases the time window to perform the perfect dodge;

- Bag - 4800P: object that adds slots to the inventory; it is possible to buy two and duplicate the space available. The item is not available in assisted difficulty, since this mode already makes available to the player all the slots that can be equipped in the game;
- Hot dogger - 7200P: a special knife developed by Umbrella, whose blade is able to heat up and set fire to the enemy hit;
- Samurai Edge - 5600P: pistol with 9 mm bullets and 15 round magazine, customized according to the specifications requested by Jill Valentine;
- Rai-Den with infinite bullets - 12000P : very powerful energy weapon developed by Umbrella; it is also able to block enemies for a short period of time, but its effect is maximum only if used to hit the weak points of the opponents;
- MUP pistol with infinite bullets - 8000P: a pistol with 9 mm bullets and 16 round magazine, appreciated by the military for its power and accuracy;
- CQBR Assault Rifle with infinite bullets - 28400P: the assault rifle supplied to the Umbrella troops; it is the same rifle that you will carry as Carlos, and which can be obtained as Jill by playing the game in assist mode; however in this case it has infinite bullets;
- Rocket launcher with infinite shells - 62400P: the Holy Grail of Resident Evil 3 Remake. It will be hard to earn all these points by taking on all the challenges, but the satisfaction of returning in-game and looking Nemesis in the eye while holding a grenade launcher with infinite ammo is something priceless.
