In the past few hours, the leaders of Electronic Arts have announced some important news related to the development of Skate 4. Presented at EA Play Live 2020, Skate 4 it had then disappeared completely from the radar. Only now it is learned that the reins of the project have been entrusted to the newly created subsidiary of EA. For the occasion, the official Full Circle website was inaugurated, where a message from the team members explains that “our main goal is to have fun and to make fantastic games that people want to play with their friends. We are working on the next evolution of Skate and are ready to offer you an experience that is full of everything that our community has found so special in the previous games of the series ”.
For the moment there is no information about the actual game, while it is already known that the team working on Skate 4 is coordinated by Daniel McCulloch, former Xbox Live boss. Among the various artists also figure Deran Chung e Cuz Parry, among the main responsible for the previous chapters of the series.
“The enthusiasts wanted Skate to come back into existence, so we will do everything we can to involve them in the development process and post-launch support. We want them to feel part of Full Circle, ”McCulloch told fans. At the end of the announcement regarding the opening of the studio, EA has made public the search for various workers to enlarge the group. The platforms on which Skate 4 will land are not yet known, but it is conceivable that it will point to a multiplatform release for PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and perhaps even for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
