During the initial stages of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, you will have to go to meet the old Impa at the Villaggio Calbarico which, in addition to entrusting you with the task of recovering the sacred giants, will assign you another mission.
Inside the Sheikah tablet in fact there will be twelve photos taken during your adventures with Princess Zelda from one hundred years ago, photos that represent places where important events took place. Well, in order to recover the lost memory, Impa will advise you to reach these places, thus making you appear in the list of main challenges the mission "I remember images".
Of course, finding twelve such specific locations within a vast open world like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild can make you feel lost, that's why we decided to make a list of their location, marking the precise points with some pins on as many screenshots.
If you intend to find the memories without our timely help, we recommend that you look for a painter called Kanghis which will appear in some villages and in almost all stables; he will be able to provide you with valuable clues to the recovery of memories. But let's not delay any longer: to follow the list of locations where to find the twelve memories.
- Ceremonial pavilion
This memory is found exactly south of Hyrule Castle. Here, in the middle of a grove, you can find the ceremonial pavilion surrounded by two colonnades and a pool of water. Warning: Guardians in sight.
- Locom lake
You can unlock this memory on the western shore of Lake Locom. This is found south of the location of the previous memory and north east of the Rebirth Memorial where the game started.
- Ancient colonnade
Andate to the extreme west of the map and skirt the west side of the Vapone Gorge. The ancient colonnade is located on a plateau east of the Declivio di Gur and south of the road leading to the Colbacco bridge.
- Bazar Arsur
Passing through this location is almost mandatory during the main story when you have to face the colossus Vah Naboris in the Garudo Desert. The Bazar Arsur will be located in the middle of the only road in the middle of the desert that will lead you to the Citadel of Garudo. Compared to the game map it is located in the extreme southwest.
- Oldin Valley
This memory will be one of the hardest to find. It is indeed positioned on top of one of the rocky pinnacles in the mountain range between Tylori Forest and Lake Grangor. The memory is next to a small stone circle (also visible on the map) which, when completed with the missing stone, will give you a Korogu seed.
- Betula meadows
Northwest of Hyrule Castle, near the moat, you can easily find two lakes, in the middle of which the two trees in the photo in question will be identifiable. We take this opportunity to point out that if you climb the largest tree you will find a Korogu seed.
- Western Necluda
This memory is found just north of Lake Hylia, in the strip of land between the Hylia River and Lake Adeya, at Colle Belvedere. Here you will easily find the large tree with the two statues visible in the photo.
- Hyrule Castle
Unlocking this memory will not be easy: it is in fact positioned in Hyrule Castle: home of Ganon and home to the final showdown of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The whole area is littered with very powerful Guardians and monsters, so we recommend keeping this memory for a phase of the adventure nearing its conclusion. The memory is located on the bridge leading to the Zelda Room.
- Source of strength
East of Mount Morte and north of Oldran Basin a small lake in the middle of the mountains is clearly visible on the map. This lake is in a depression in the mountains: right here you will find the statue depicted in the photo and you will unlock the memory.
- Sadino Park
Parco Sadino is located in a rather isolated area: south of the Hyrule Hills and east of the Hyrule Plain, more precisely on the only road halfway between Monte Satori and the Celestial River.
- Ranel Pass - East
The memory in question is found between the Calbarico Village and the Ranel Mountain, in particular at the end of the eastern arm of the lake that occupies the Ranel Pass.
- Hyrule plain
The memory is found southeast of Hyrule Castle in a grove on the banks of the Hylia River, more precisely in the flowing section between the Palude Senzafondo and the Rebona Bridge.
Once you've found all the memories, go back to Impa che it will show you one last memory to find.
This is positioned inside the Fraxinus Marsh, located south of the Calbarico Village and east of the Twin Mountains. This place is absolutely unique within the vast map of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild because it is a true cemetery of Guardians.
At this point you will have finally found all the memories and thus completed the mission "Memory images".
