Blizzard co-founder and former CEO Mike Morhaime has announced the birth of Dreamhaven.
Dreamhaven will be a new video game publisher that will include two different development studios: Moonshot and Secret Door.
Moonshot's boss will be Jason Chayes (Blizzard executive producer who worked on Hearthstone and Starcraft 2). To collaborate with him, there will be Dustin Browder (game director of StarCraft 2 and Heroes of the Storm) and Ben Thompson (creative director of Hearthstone).
Secret Door will instead have Chris Sigaty (executive producer of Hearthstone, StarCraft 2 and Heroes of the Storm) as head. In addition, the studio will have the figures of Eric Dodds (first game director of Hearthstone) and Alan Dabiri (game director of Heroes of the Storm).
No games have been announced yet, but we expect news about it soon.
What do you think of it? Are you convinced by this new publisher made up of Blizzard veterans? As always, we invite you to tell us in the comments.
