As has been rumored for a few days, the first trailer of the film on Uncharted has finally been released. There have been several discussions on the web over the past few months regarding the choice of actors and how much video game-inspired movies are almost always a disappointment, but let's find out if that's the case with Uncharted too!
The film promises to be spectacular, with many action scenes as we have been accustomed from the Naughty Dog titles and a narrative component that follows that of the videogame series. Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg seem perfect like Nate and Sully, disproving all the doubts of the most skeptical fans.
NIn the trailer we also glimpse pieces of a scene that appears to be the same as the Uncharted 3 plane sequence. It would seem a bit forced to insert such a similar scene, and that mentions the video game so clearly, but it will certainly be a sight to savor that adrenaline on the big screen.
Clearly this is only a trailer, and we will have to wait a few more months to be able to give a definitive judgment on the film. The international release date was in fact announced for February 18, 2022. Usually here the films come out a few days before but in any case we just have to wait for official confirmation.
